AIShared-Mall platform is owned and operated by MTT GROUP HOLDINGS LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong with stock code 2350, operating in Hong Kong, Mainland China and Macau (View company certificate). If you want to get more rental income, you can buy any product after depositing, and you can get rental income the next day after purchasing the product

2. Service and Guarantee:

2.1 Members must provide accurate, complete and current registration information, including accurate name, mailing address and email address.

2.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, users of AIShared-Mall can decide at their own discretion to refuse to accept membership applications for any reason or no reason.

2.3. Members may not (i) select or use another person's email address; (ii) use the name of another person's rights without authorization; (iii) use false or misleading names, mailing addresses or email addresses to activate Or use a membership account.

2.4 By registering with AIShared-Mall, Members opt-in to receive emails from AIShared-Mall for updates and special events. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you may click on the delete link in all emails sent through AIShared-Mall, or you may cancel your account at any time.

2.5 User registration of AIShared-Mall is voluntary, so members can cancel at any time. AIShared-Mall will only cancel/terminate membership if it considers that the member's operations are in conflict with the AIShared-Mall terms and conditions.

2.6 Unless otherwise specified in a particular membership or account type, only one member account is permitted per person.

2.7 Any canceled/terminated membership will forfeit the use of AIShared-Mall

2.8 All benefits, privileges and accumulated income associated therewith. AIShared-Mall reserves the right to track member activities through IP addresses and personal browser activities on the AIShared-Mall mobile terminal to prevent potential fraudulent activities.

2.9 AIShared-Mall reserves the right to suspend or cancel membership and access rights of members on the AIShared-Mall website and AIShared-Mall mobile terminal at any time for any reason or no reason at its sole discretion. AIShared-Mall may, in its sole discretion, cancel all earnings if AIShared-Mall deems such action necessary.

2.10 Members agree not to abuse their membership privileges by acting in a manner inconsistent with this Agreement. Members agree not to attempt to make money through channels other than legitimate channels authorized by Clicklancer. Members agree not to engage in fraudulent activity of any kind.

2.11 AIShared-Mall shall be the sole decision maker of suspected abuse, fraud or violation of its rules. Any decision by AIShared-Mall regarding cancellation of earnings and termination of membership is final and binding.

2.12 Spam is strictly prohibited. Any spam advertising AIShared-Mall will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of your account balance. Incidents will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

2.13. Member's cessation of participation in the AIShared-Mall program or failure to notify AIShared-Mall of any address (postal or email) change may result in the termination of the member's membership and the forfeiture of the member's unredeemed earnings.

2.14. Members shall comply with all laws, rules and regulations applicable to members. Members acknowledge that members may only participate in AIShared-Mall's merchandise subscription and rental programs as permitted by such laws, rules and regulations

2.15. All brands, logos, graphics and advertising copy contained in AIShared-Mall are used by copyright; distribution or reproduction of such content is expressly prohibited. AIShared-Mall provides members with approved materials for marketing within the member's area. Use of the AIShared-Mall name in any domain name is also prohibited. Anyone found violating the terms of copyright material will be terminated immediately and may also be subject to legal action by AIShared-Mall.

2.16 Any member who participates in chats, emails, posts or any other media whose content is deemed to be disruptive or defamatory to AIShared-Mall and/or its members will be terminated by AIShared-Mall without prior notice notify. Depending on the severity, AIShared-Mall and the parent company may consider legal action appropriate.

2.17 Members are responsible for any and all taxes payable in the country of your residence or jurisdiction on any income you receive from AIShared-Mall or any program promoted through the AIShared-Mall platform.

2.18 Members are neither employees nor independent contractors of AIShared-Mall.

2.19 Members understand and agree that AIShared-Mall is a sharing economy and commodity assistant platform, not an investment website. As stated in our revenue disclaimer here, we do not guarantee any percentage, revenue amount or time frame of any revenue from the AIShared-Mall merchandise subscription and rental program.

2.20 If a member objects to any of the terms and conditions of this agreement, or any subsequent amendments to this agreement, or is dissatisfied with the program, the member's sole recourse is to immediately cease participation in AIShared-Mall and properly terminate its membership.

2.21 We have no early refund policy. AIShared-Mall users purchase any commodity and entrust the platform to rent it out. Before the lease contract expires, we cannot refund you in advance. Only after the lease contract expires, the principal will be returned to the deposit account. By purchasing any product through AIShared-Mall, you confirm that you have read and understood our non-refundable policy.

2.22 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither AIShared-Mall nor any of its members, subsidiaries, publishers, service providers, licensors, officers, directors or employees shall be liable for or in connection with this Agreement, because use or inability to use the service or the cost of procuring substitute goods and services or any goods or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions made through the program or unauthorized access to or alteration of user transmissions or data , including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, loss of data or other intangible damages, even if the party has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

2.23. In order to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the correct use of information, AIShared-Mall uses appropriate industry standard procedures to protect the confidentiality of members' personal information, such as firewalls, encryption, token identity Authentication, application proxies, monitoring technologies and adaptive analysis of website traffic to track misuse of the AIShared-Mall website and its data. However, no data transmission over the Internet can be 100% secure. Therefore, while AIShared-Mall strives to protect the personal information of its members, it cannot guarantee the security of any information transmitted by members to or from participating advertisers/merchants, and members do so at their own risk.

3 Payments, refunds and cancellations:

3.1 The prices of various commodities are subject to the subsidy of the platform on each page. AIShared-Mall reserves the right to modify such prices from time to time without prior notice. The price or payment should refer to the updated price on the product introduction page.

3.2 The pricing pages form part of the TOS.

3.3 AIShared-Mall accepts payment through various payment methods, AIShared-Mall reserves the right to add or delete these payment methods without prior notice.

3.4 In the event of a dispute, the user shall give priority to using the AIShared-Mall dispute resolution arrangement.

3.5 For the customer's own benefit, it is recommended that the customer understand all aspects of the transaction and have independent legal advice before making a final decision on whether to use the service. AIShared-Mall does not take any responsibility if you do not read the terms of service.

4. General Terms:

4.1 AIShared-Mall reserves the right to modify, amend, change, alter, replace, withdraw and declare that any terms of TOS do not apply without prior notice. Such amendments, amendments, changes, alterations, substitutions, revocations or non-applicability shall be effective immediately upon their posting on the Terms of Service page.

4.2 AIShared-Mall reserves the right to terminate, modify, modify any part or function of the service without prior notice.

4.3 AIShared-Mall provides services to users who are legally qualified to sign contracts in terms of age and solvency. If you do not have this qualification, AIShared-Mall hereby recommends that you do not use this service. AIShared-Mall does not assume any responsibility.

4.4 Users are prohibited from using AIShared-Mall in a manner that may damage, disable, impair or overburden or interfere with any other AIShared-Mall user's use.

4.5 Users are hereby prohibited from using any robot, spider, any automatic device or manual process or means to access www.AISharedmall.com for any purpose, including but not limited to copying or monitoring any material on www.AISharedmall.com With the prior consent of AIShared-Mall.

4.6 Users are prohibited from using any equipment or software that interferes or hinders the normal operation of www.AISharedmall.com

4.7 Users shall not introduce any malicious or harmful material to www.AISharedmall.com.

4.8 The User is expressly prohibited from accessing, interfering with, damaging or disrupting the Service, www.AISharedmall.com, its host server or any part of any affiliated database, computer or server in an unauthorized manner.

4.9 According to any additional or separate written agreement, TOS constitutes the entire agreement between AIShared-Mall and you regarding the service.

4.10 Headings, subheadings and numbers in the TOS are for convenience and reference only and are not intended to limit, interpret, define or determine the scope of the terms contained herein.

4.11 AIShared-Mall's official privacy policy forms part of the TOS. It is published separately on www.AISharedmall.com for the convenience of readers and to highlight special considerations.

4.12 If AIShared-Mall fails to enforce any right available under the TOS, any additional agreement or any law in effect at the time, this does not mean that AIShared-Mall waives that right, nor deprives it of the right to subsequently enforce that right right.

4.13 AIShared-Mall may transfer any rights arising from TOS to any individual or entity. User agrees not to transfer the rights available in the TOS to any person or entity.

5. Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Service of Notices:

5.1 All disputes arising from the Terms of Service shall be resolved through independent arbitration.

5.2 If the arbitration fails to resolve the dispute, the dispute may be submitted to a competent court in Macedonia.

5.3 The user expressly agrees that the terms of service shall be governed by relevant laws currently in effect in Macedonia.

5.4 The courts with jurisdiction in Thailand have exclusive jurisdiction to hear disputes arising from these Terms of Service.

5.5 If sent to AIShared-Mall's official email address or any bona fide postal service, all notices or communications required by this or relevant laws shall be presumed to have been delivered.

6. Copyright and Intellectual Property:

6.1 AIShared-Mall strictly abides by the principle of non-infringement of copyright, and believes that it has not violated the rights of any other party in the process of operating and providing services. If any person or entity has evidence that AIShared-Mall has violated rights, he/she/it shall serve notice on us. We will resolve the matter within fourteen (14) days of receiving such notification.

7. Intellectual property rights:

7.1 All materials contained in www.AISharedmall.com, including but not limited to content, software, images, drawings and designs, are the exclusive property of AIShared-Mall. Without the written permission of AIShared-Mall, no user may copy, reproduce, distribute, reproduce, host or use in any other way.

7.2 In case of violation of our rights, we will strictly investigate and demand compensation according to law.

7.3 AIShared-Mall reserves the rights not stated here.

8. Compensation:

To the extent permitted by the laws currently in force in Thailand, AIShared-Mall hereby disclaims all representations and warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties that the service is free of viruses or is merchantable or continuous or fit for a particular purpose; AIShared-Mall does not represent or warrant the service accuracy, completeness, timeliness or error-free.

9.2 Force majeure: AIShared-Mall is a professional business entity, and keeps promises and promises made with customers. Some events may cause AIShared-Mall to be unable to provide services, such as acts of God, natural disasters, lockouts, fires, floods, strikes, labor disputes, riots, wars, rebellions or any reason beyond AIShared-Mall's reasonable control. 9.3 All errors and omissions excluded.

10. Divisibility:

10.1 If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable, invalid or void in any given case, then that provision shall be severed from these Terms of Service and the remaining provisions shall be enforceable and valid without effect.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the member and AIShared-Mall with respect to AIShared-Mall general membership and supersedes all previous agreements between the parties with respect to the subject matter contained herein. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted and the remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in effect. The failure of either party to exercise or enforce any of its rights under this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of such rights.
