Can I transfer my participating account balance to a deposit balance?

Yes, the dividend account cannot be withdrawn, only transferred.

The balance of the deposit account can be withdrawn. You can click on the dividend account, then "transfer" and follow the prompts to transfer the balance of the dividend account to the deposit account, and then click withdraw to successfully withdraw money

Note: 20% depreciation fee will be deducted when the dividend account is transferred to the deposit account
