The city agent is normally the agent of AIShared-Mall and has the following responsibilities;
To assist members who are unfamiliar with the payment options available on AIShared-Mall to deposit and withdraw funds.
Represents the company and promotes its products and services in the local market.
Build and maintain relationships with local market members.
Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the company on local market conditions and trends.
Assist in local marketing and sales activities, including organizing events, conducting market research and managing sales activities.
Assist the platform to resolve customer complaints and provide after-sales support.
Monitor and report on the company's operating performance in the local market.
